Thank you for visiting our website. It is a joy to share the remarkable story of what the Lord Jesus Christ has done and continues to do in the lives of all who are a part of the community of GRACE Christian School.

Our mission statement explains our purpose as an organization - "GRACE Christian School is a loving community that spiritually and academically equips, challenges, and inspires students to impact their world for Christ." We desire to come along side every student to help each one become the young man or young woman that God has designed them to be.

GRACE stands for Greater Raleigh Area Christian Education. Our school began in 1983 as a ministry of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church located in Raleigh, NC. Today, we are an independent Christian school, located on two campuses, with an enrollment of over 440 K-12 students. Our new Cary Campus, currently under renovation, will house our middle and high school beginning in the fall of 2008. With the addition of this new campus, we are preparing for an increase in enrollment which may reach 700 in the near future.

Our curricular goal is to provide our students with an excellent college-preparatory education from a Christian worldview. We use a varied selection of curricular materials that we have identified as those that best meet the educational needs of our students. Almost all of our recent high school graduates have gone on to attend four-year universities. We have an excellent faculty and staff who are dedicated to assisting parents in developing young lives.

Fine Arts opportunities are available for elementary and secondary students with art, choral music, band and Irish Dance. Our middle and high school athletic program consist of over 20 sports teams, including soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis, golf and swimming.

Currently, we are a candidate for accreditation by the Association of Christian Schools International and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
