Greetings!  My name is Susan Walker.  I am the Library Assistant and Etiquette teacher.  Many of you see me during morning carpool at Station 1 wishing you a good day.  My family has been part of GRACE for the last six years.  I am known as the mother of Conner (5th grade), Colin (3rd grade) and Cameron (1st grade).  My husband, Will and I have been married 13 years and have made our home in Raleigh.  We are part of the family of faith at Providence Baptist Church. I attended Bowling Green State University (OH) and Nanzan University (Japan) where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree.  I worked for a time as a cross-cultural consultant helping people of different nationalities learn to relate to one another.  I have also worked in office administration and am putting those organization skills to work in the library.  For the last three years, I have been in Bible Study Fellowship, I started substituting at GRACE and became the Etiquette teacher the last 4 months of the 2005-2006 school year.  I believe these experiences have prepared me for this role in your children’s lives. It is a blessing to be at GRACE Christian School.  I look forward to a wonderful year of serving in the library and helping the middle school Etiquette students become the young men & women God called has called them to be.
