My name is Carol Shelton.  I have been a teacher at GRACE for 7 years.  I love teaching at a Christian school (especially GRACE!) and I love teaching 3rd grade.  I have a BS in English from UNC-CH.(I'm a big UNC fan!)  I taught preschool for 3 years before coming to GRACE.  I love working with children and I believe a Christian education is the best way to prepare our children to be moral and intelligent members of society.  I have a husband and three daughters.  Bill works for IBM and loves music.  He is an organist at a Luthern church in Raleigh.  Heather graduated from UNC-CH this year with a BS in nursing.  She moved to Charlotte and will be working at Presbyterian Hospital in Labor and Delivery.  Claire will be a junior at Elon and is pursuing a degree in elementary education.  Hayley is the baby and is a tenth grader at Enloe HS.  We are members of Edenton Street United Methodist Church. I look forward to working with you and your child and glorifying the Lord in praise and thanksgiving for His many blessings.
