GRACE is pleased to partner with parents in the education of their children. Parents are encouraged to be involved in their child’s education and the school’s ministry. A group of parents meets weekly to pray for the GRACE school family.
GRACE encourages and supports parental involvement in classroom activities. Parents become involved in the classroom at the direction of the teacher. They often assist in classrooms, help organize and chaperone field trips and special activities, and host class parties.
The Parent Teacher Fellowship at GRACE is organized to support the instructional program and to provide opportunities for parental involvement. Parents provide encouragement to faculty and staff with monthly birthday lunches. PTF committees provide parents the opportunity to find their interest and expertise area to become involved in the school. The PTF motto of “Partners working together for our children” reflects the spirit of cooperation that exists between the school and home.
The Boosters Club is organized to promote school spirit and support the athletic program. Members help with athletic fundraisers and operate the concession stand at home games.
