After graduating from Appalachian State University in 1995, I began my career as a financial planner with John Hancock Financial Network. While spending the majority of the day managing our household, my wife Carla still finds time to substitute teach and volunteer extensively at the school. Together with our daughter, Kayla, we attend Bayleaf Baptist Church where we serve in the youth program.

Our family has been at GRACE since 2006, and could not feel more blessed by the experience. Watching our daughter grow not only in knowledge, but in her personal walk with Christ affirms for us God's design in leading us here. After serving on several boards within the community, I felt led to use my gained experience, for Christian service, and joined the GRACE Board.

While we certainly feel GRACE offers the finest in Christian education and community, it's my sincere prayer that you follow the Lord's guidance in determining which school your child should attend. I would encourage you take a tour of our excellent facilities, ask many questions, visit a class, but most importantly remain in prayer. Our heavenly father is faithful to provide direction. I welcome the opportunity to spend time with each of you!
