My family and I moved to Cary in July 2007 from LA where I was teaching in a Christian school for 11 years. We were born and raised in South Africa and are now US citizens. Our heart is for reaching the lost. We are part of a church plant here in NC. We enjoy coming alongside and being a support team for the lead couple.
My husband loves construction and runs a business remodeling bathrooms. He also enjoys real estate and will pursue this here in North Carolina. My son Joshua (21 years) is at Carolina. He loves being a student and everything about campus life. My daughter Vickilyn (20 years) is at UNC Wilmington and is excited about the whole experience of student life. She is involved with the Campus Wide prayer group and Campus Crusade on the campus. My daughter Michelle begins her college career at Warren Wilson College near Ashville and is involved with the Triad program they offer.
The subjects I enjoy teaching are Science and Math at any level. My motivation is to see each student reach their potential in all areas of their lives and this is why I love to do academic counseling for our students. What a privilege to see them expanding themselves to new heights and new challenges.
