E4 Technology Initiative
A Help Desk will be maintained in both the K-6 building and the 7-12 building. The Help Desk should be the first place that students come to for assistance with their MacBook. In addition, parents and students can send an email with questions or comments to the helpdesk department at firstname.lastname@example.org
Help Desk Rules:
- Students must have a teacher's permission to come to the help desk.
- Students should attempt to completely shut down their computer and restart it to resolve issue before coming to the help desk.
- Students should have all of their files backed up before coming to the Help Desk.
After school help?? Call Apple Technical Support at (800) 800-2775, option 3.
