Love Where You Live Bash & Dash – One Month Away

In less than a month, on Saturday August 27th, GRACE will be hosting our second annual Love Where You Live Bash & Dash. All proceeds from this event are donated to local ministries and/or used to supplement the community service activities of GRACE students. This is one of the many ways we we try to live out our mission statement of being a loving community.

In addition to the 5K and 1 mile fun run (the dash), we are planning a family-friendly carnival to kick off the 2016-2017 school year (the bash) with premium carnival and field games (with something for EVERY age group) provided by our amazing sponsors:

  • Dance with our DJ
  • Jump in the Bounce House
  • Try out the Giant Inflatable Slide
  • Challenge your friends to Bubble Soccer or a lively game of Action Archery
  • Play Spike Ball or Bocci Ball
  • Enjoy Midway-style carnival games including a 14′ Hi-Striker, Hole-in-one Putt-Putt, Ring Toss, Roller Bowler, Shooting Star, Skeet Roll, Snake Pit and Tic Tac Toe,
  • Compete in the Egg Spoon Race, Three Legged Race and Potato Sack Race,
  • Practice your aim with Bean Bag Toss and Cornhole
  • Take a picture with your friends in the Photo Booth
  • Enjoy good family fun with Tug-o-war, Volleyball and Balloon Ping Pong

Enjoy this morning of fun and fellowship with the GRACE community and register to dash or bash (or both) at Don’t delay; register before August 10th to guarantee an event t-shirt!

If you would like to volunteer to make this event even better, contact Michele Bandy ( or use this sign up link.

Hot Lunch News

Welcome to our many new GRACE families and a friendly “hello” to our returning students and their families! We hope you’ve had a great summer of rest and relaxation! Our first hot lunch will be served on Thursday, August 18th . Online ordering will open on Thursday, August 4th and will close on Thursday, August 11th at 4pm. Both campuses will keep the same price as last year with TK-6 lunches offered at $4.50 and 7-12 lunches offered at $5.00. There may be an occasional day offered on each campus in which the price may be slightly higher.

In efforts to “go green” and keep costs down, 7- 1 2 students will need to bring their own water bottle into the lunch room. We will have a large ice water dispenser for refills. There is also a drinking fountain located in the lunchroom as well. We will no longer provide disposable and costly paper cups. Beverages for the lower campus will remain the same as last year with milk, lemonade, or water as a choice.

Hot lunch is ordered online thru and then by clicking on to parents login. Please review complete instructions for ordering under and click on the “school life” tab and then “hot lunch.” Nutritional information is posted there as well.

Our lunchroom program depends on volunteers and we encourage you to sign up at parent orientation or teacher meet and greet night. There are many spots open on the TK-6 campus and a few spots open at the 7-12 campus. Please feel free to contact us at for the TK-6 campus or at the 7-12 campus if you have further questions.

We look for to serving our Lord through serving your children!

Help Needed for GoPlaySave Fundraiser

PTF is gearing up for only fundraiser which begins Friday, August 12.  We need your help with stuffing envelopes, order processing, and book collection.  Please follow the Sign Up Genius below to help!

Soon you will be able to support our PTF by purchasing your hardcopy book or a mobile version (to avoid keeping up with a book). GRACE PTF keeps 50% of the $30 purchase price and will use these funds to underwrite great events throughout the year.

2016-17 Crossroads Campus Dress Code Guidelines

It is hard to believe that we are in the final weeks of summer before beginning the 2016-2017 school year.  As you begin to shop for school, we want to remind you of our Student Dress Code Guidelines.

The dress code has not changed from last year, however, we want to remind all students that ONLY college, plain and GRACE sweatshirts are allowed; sweatshirts from your favorite sports team, club sport or other high schools are not permitted.

Girls are reminded that no stretchy fabrics are allowed in dress code compliant pants. Please be mindful of this as you shop. Additionally, we would like your support to make sure necklines fall no more than three inches below the collar bone.

Parents we are respectfully asking that you help your student willingly choose to adhere to our dress code standards just as they would for a job that required a dress code or uniform.
