  • North Raleigh Ministries is looking for Volunteers at their Stony Brook location (2821 Brentwood Rd) any day/time and Harvest Plaza (9650 Strickland Road) on Saturdays. Contact Jenny Wooster at [email protected] for more information and to schedule a time to volunteer. 
  • Thrift2Gift is looking for volunteers on Monday-Friday 3 - 7 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. To Volunteer at Thrift2Gift, contact Tina Coover at [email protected]org.  
  • Hope Connection needs volunteers to help clean the facility, help with phone calls and support groups, and help with their Christmas Gala event on Saturday, December 18th.   • DejaVu Thrift needs volunteers on Tuesdays - Saturdays from 10 a.m. -  6 p.m. To volunteer, contact [email protected]org.
  • With Love From Jesus- Our weekend hours in Raleigh (421 Chapanoke Rd) are Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm and in Clayton (209 S. Robertson St) on Sunday from 5-6:30 pm. We would love to have your students and their families volunteer with us. If a family is coming, there is no need to schedule in advance.
  • Note In the Pocket- We have lots of teen volunteers on days when school is closed, such as Columbus Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, etc. Students can also join our Teen Ambassador student leadership program, which looks great on college applications.   • Mabopane Foundation- Our Saturday sales are 10:00am-1:00pm. We are always needing extra floaters for each of our sales and it would be a great help to have some of the young men as our "manly help" (helping with moving bigger pieces of furniture that have sold & helping carry out large bags to cars for some of our shoppers) during our sales.
  • Crossroads Sports is looking for is Referees for our U8 Basketball League and Scorekeepers for our U10-14 Leagues. If you are willing and able to volunteers in any of these capacities, please reach out to me and let me know! Come work one game, or a whole half day, anything is a blessing! We will happily sign off on any volunteer forms for high school students needing volunteer hours! If you are interested, contact [email protected].
  • GRACE Garden on the Lower Campus needs to be weeded, tilled and soil added. This is a great service opportunity for a student who loves working outdoors. If you are interested, please contact Mrs. Hare at [email protected]
