Summer Camp Policies
Camper Drop-off and Pick-up: Campers may be dropped off at GRACE as early as 15 minutes before the start of camp. If you need to drop off your camper early or pick up late, then before care and after care will be available.
Lunch & Snack Policy: We do not provide lunch or snacks for campers, so campers must bring and pack their own lunch and snacks. We do make sure that campers with allergies are safe at allergy-free tables.
Payment Policy: At the time of registration, 20% of the total cost is due online. Prior to the first day of camp, the remaining balance is due. Failure to pay for camp will forfeit your camp registration with no refunds on current deposits paid.
Please Note: Camps with low enrollment prior to the start date may be removed from the summer camp schedule. If this occurs, we will contact families at least one week prior to the start of camp. A full refund will be issued if GRACE cancels a camp. All administrative fees are nonrefundable. No refunds will be made after camp starts except for serious injury or illness.
