Faith for the Family

GRACE Christian School is committed to partnering with families to raise a generation of students who want to impact their world for Christ. While that means we are intentional about pointing students to Jesus during their time with us at school, we recognize that we need to pour into our families as well.

At GCS, we provide numerous opportunities for students - and their parents and siblings - to grow in their faith. These opportunities include, but are not limited to:

Moms in Prayer

Each week, GRACE moms (and grandmoms) gather at Lower and Upper Campuses to pray for our students, our school and our community. Led by PTF member, Suzanne Miller, Moms in Prayer is an excellent opportunity to fellowship with other GRACE community members while lifting up our school community. By the end of each school year, every child at GRACE will be prayed over by name. Upper Campus Moms in Prayer meet each Wednesday from 8 - 9 a.m. at the Upper Campus Student Center. Lower Campus Moms in Prayer meet each Thursday from 1:45 - 2:45 p.m. in the Music Room. For more information, please contact [email protected]

Donuts for Dads

Once a month, the Men of GRACE gather for a time of food, faith and fellowship during Donuts for Dads. The group meets the first Friday of each month from 7:45 - 8:45 a.m. at the Upper Campus Student Center. For more information, please contact Pete Smith at [email protected] or Shane Moore at [email protected]

Men's and Women's Book and Bible Studies

Moms of GRACE were invited to participate in an Advent Bible study during Fall 2022 to work through Our Hope Has Come Advent Bible Study published by Well-Watered Women.

Dads of GRACE were invited to participate in a men's book study during Fall 2022 to discuss the book Man Up by Jeffrey Hemmer

Family Prayer Walk

In November 2022, GCS families were invited to participate in a campus prayer walk to pray over the school community.

See You at the Pole

Each October, GCS participates in See You at the Pole - a time for families to gather together to pray for our school, our communities and out nation.

Equipping Parents for Life

GRACE staff members and educators hold Equipping Parents for Life events throughout the year to help provide parents with resources as they tackle issues like social media, mental health, and teens and technology.
