Welcome to Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)!

Who We Are
A group of volunteer parents with staff and student representative advisors.

Our Vision
Create a GRACE community where every family is known, feels valued, and experiences unity and love.

Our Mission
PTF strengthens bonds of unity among parents, students, and staff at GRACE Christian School. Our purpose is to embody God’s vision for harmonious fellowship among His followers.
Learn more about our PTF Committees:

Care Team: Comes alongside families having a life event or need (i.e. new baby, loss of a family member, illness, etc.) to offer extra support. Confidentiality respected. Need rides, meals, extra help? Send us a care request at any time.

Communications + Social Media: Under the direction of the Executive team, this subcommittee coordinates the look and feel of PTF communications; creates flyers, event communications, announcements, etc. Social media: Manages Facebook grade-level groups and any other PTF social media accounts, including photo repositories, post history, etc. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

Community + Engagement + Events: Spirit Nights, Student Christmas Store, movie nights, family dances, grade-level get-togethers like coffees or playdates are among the many offerings to engage with other families at GRACE. Be on the lookout for event announcements and join us to fellowship with one another.

Fundraising:
We rely primarily on general donations and classroom fund contributions. We supplement with fundraising, like the  GoPlaySave coupon book/mobile app sale, which provides cost-effective ways for families to engage with the surrounding community.

Hospitality: We greatly appreciate the administration, teachers, and support staff that keep GRACE running smoothly! Our hospitality teams coordinate all-staff meals, coffee carts (lower campus), We Love You Wednesdays (upper campus) and other edible treats and appreciation opportunities throughout the year.

Men of GRACE: Coordinated by men for men, Men of GRACE typically meets as a group before school once a month, highlighting discussion topics, hearing from special guest speakers, and participating in special service projects for the school.

Moms in Prayer: Moms in Prayer (MiP) meets at each campus respectively once per week and takes prayer requests from anyone in the community at any time. Confidentiality and/or anonymity is respected. MiP also organizes prayer walks of the campuses.

Room Parents, Class and Grade Representatives: Each school year, a new set of room parents and grade representatives are chosen to coordinate with parents and staff for classroom activities; honor staff for appreciation days, birthdays, holiday and end-of-year gifting; and serve as coordinators for additional volunteers for the staff when they need in-class help. Opportunities to sign up for this come via direct email within the first two weeks of school.

Volunteers are always welcome! Interested in joining PTF or volunteering at GRACE? Share your contact information here. We'd love to connect with you.
