Our Mission
GRACE Christian School is a loving community that spiritually and academically equips, challenges, and inspires students to impact their world for Christ.

More than just words on a page, our mission statement provides direction for everything we do at GRACE, which is why it is an appropriate introduction to the “About GRACE” page. We are about providing a loving community where families partner with passionate, talented educators to help students cultivate their God-given gifts and talents. We are about providing biblical instruction, service opportunities, and avenues of worship that allow young people to see their purpose, value, and identity not through the lens of the culture-at-large, but through the eyes of a loving God. We are about pursuing academic excellence for each child, knowing that individual excellence can not be defined by a one-size-fits-all approach. We are about equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in any circumstance, challenging them to overcome obstacles, and inspiring them to be all that they can be, not for their own glory, but for the cause of Christ. We are about building world-changers who will influence culture for years to come.

At GRACE we strive to develop students that are mature, highly educated, life-long learners who will lead and impact their world for Christ. In other words, our goal is to equip our students for life both in college and beyond. In the elementary years, teachers emphasize experiential learning that involves field trips, class demonstrations, and labs. Our college preparatory academic program, which includes Advanced Placement® courses, honors classes, college seminars, and college writing classes is designed to prepare our middle and high school students to excel in a high-quality academic environment. Additionally, our teachers utilize technology to enable students to be responsible digital citizens, as well as to prepare them for the constantly evolving digital landscape. At the earliest grades, students may think they are playing as they lead a toy around a map; however, at a deeper level, they are learning to code. As they progress through elementary school, they learn keyboarding, problem-solving, and sequential thinking. In fourth grade, each student receives a classroom laptop. From fifth through twelfth grade, students work in a 1:1 environment, utilizing technology to research, communicate, create, collaborate, and discover, all with the goal of equipping them for whatever technological environment the future may hold.

As a Christian school, we endeavor to encourage our students to grow in their personal walk with Jesus Christ. GRACE is a loving community that genuinely cares for each and every student in a personal manner. Here, every student has worth and value. Our academic, fine arts, athletic and social programs are designed to challenge and inspire our students to develop their God-given gifts and talents as they develop into the young men and women God has designed them to be.

GRACE Vision & Vision Prayer

A copy of our vision statement and the template we have used for our vision prayer is provided below. We encourage all of our families to pray this prayer over their children, their classmates, and all of the students at GRACE throughout the year.
