Submitting an Application for 2022-2023 
  • Siblings of current GRACE students can submit priority applicants beginning November 15, 2021
  • Applications for new families open November 29, 2021
    • Application Fee: $125 per student (non-refundable)
    • Enrollment Fee: Due within 48 hours of acceptance - $900 per student.
      • The enrollment fee is capped at 2 students or $1800.00.
*Admissions fees are one-time fees and are non-refundable. 

Requirements for Applying:

  1. Complete our online Application and submit with the Application Fee of $125.00 (non-refundable). 
    • Prior to submitting an application, please ensure your student meets the required cut-off dates for admission and review the wait pool and withdrawal policies (located below). 
    • The following documents are required for your application to be considered complete. You can scan the documents and upload them with your Online Application or you can submit a hard copy to the appropriate school office. Incomplete or inaccurate information will be grounds for rejection of the applicant or dismissal of the student.
      • Copy of Birth Certificate
      • Last two years of end-of-year report cards (with teacher comments)
      • Current report card (with teacher comments)
      • Copy of Current Transcript (High School Students Only)
      • Most recent end-of-grade test results, achievement test results, and other standardized test scores
      • Copies of testing, evaluations, psychological reports, curriculum modifications, and individualized education plans, if applicable
      • Copy of all custody papers, if applicable
    • Confidential Recommendation Forms: The application will ask for email addresses for the recommendations. Our system will contact those individuals and gather the information on your behalf. Note: Students who are homeschooled and have recently participated in a co-op or out-of-the-home class, should supply the co-op teacher email within their application.
      • Recommendations required by grade-level:
        • Grades 1-6: Core Subject Teacher, Adult Mentor, Special Education Resource Teacher  (if applicable)
        • Grades 7-12: Most recent English Teacher, Math Teacher, Guidance Counselor, AdultMentor, Special Education Resource Teacher (if applicable)
        • TK-K: Preschool Teacher, Special Education Resource Teacher (if applicable)
    • Student Questionnaire (Students Applying to Grades 7-12 Only)
      • Download this from the Online Application and bring it to GRACE on the day of your student’s admissions testing.
  1. Admission Entrance Exam
    • Students applying for Transitional Kindergarten - 1st Grade will be contacted to schedule an Admissions Screening at GRACE.
    • Students applying for 2nd - 12th Grade are required to complete the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) through a third-party vendor.
    • Students can take the ISEE before applying to expedite the admissions process. 
    • GRACE is an ISEE testing site and will be offering on-site testing for $140.00. Your student may take the ISEE at any testing site, Prometric testing center, or at home. Fees vary; please visit the ISEE website for additional information or to schedule your child’s testing.
      • *Note: If your student is not taking the ISEE at GRACE, please be sure to select GRACE as one of the schools to receive their ISEE score report
      • If you have any questions regarding the ISEE test, testing site, fees, scheduling, procedures, etc, please contact ISEE directly. 
      • GRACE ISEE testing days are private; please inquire for dates and registration codes.  
  1. Admission Interview
    • Upon receipt of all required documents and the completion of student testing, a family interview will be scheduled. The interview should be attended by the student and both parents. The interview is our opportunity to get to know one another and to determine the extent of a good match between the school and the student.
      • Interviews are required for students applying to 1st-12th grade
      • TK and Kindergarten interviews will take place in the form of group introductory meetings with the Administration.

How to Apply via Online Application

Please follow the instructions below to complete an Online Application

  • To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account.
  • Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. 
  • Please make sure to choose the correct school year when creating your account as there are multiple school years available.
  • After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.


Withdrawal Policy

  • Families who enroll but withdraw their student between:
    • April 1st – June 30th will be responsible for – late withdrawal penalty, 10% of each student’s annual tuition.
    • July 1st – December 31st will be responsible for – 50% of each student’s annual tuition.
  • Families who withdraw their student during the 2nd Semester will be responsible for – 100% of each student’s annual tuition.
  • All tuition prepayments (made as part of the re-enrollment process) will be forfeited if the student is withdrawn prior to October 1st.
