AfterCare Hours and Schedule:
AfterCare is available beginning August 22, 2022, from 3-6 pm (TK-6th Grade) through May 26, 2023

Please note: there are some dates excluded.
**AfterCare will NOT be available for ALL grades during the first week of school (August 17-19, 2022) as those are 1/2 days, and pick-up at 11:45 am is required.**

Registration Fee:

  • $25.00 - On or Before 6 pm on June 30, 2022 - $25 per student
  • $50.00 - After 6 pm on June 30, 2022 - $50 per student

AfterCare Payment and Withdrawal Policy 

Monthly payments are made from September 2022 - May 2023 through your FACTS account.

Parents arriving after 6:00 PM will incur a charge of $20 per child, and an additional fee of $1 per minute will be charged for any time a student remains at school beyond 6:20.  Please be respectful of our After Care employees' time.

If you choose 3 Days/Week and exceed those days in any given week, you will be billed at the 5 Days/Week rate for that month.

In an effort to maintain proper staffing, only one un-enrollment and re-enrollment will be allowed per school year.  If re-enrolling after unenrolling, you will be financially responsible for the remainder of the school year.

For un-enrollment from AfterCare, you will be financially responsible for the whole month of the date of withdrawal.

I understand that I am registering my child for AfterCare. I have indicated my choice for the number of days above and understand that my account will be charged for the registration fee. I have reviewed and agreed to the AfterCare Schedule and Financial Responsibility information listed above.  I understand that my agreement to comply with the stipulations of the GRACE Statement of Cooperation will also pertain to the GRACE AfterCare program. I understand that my FACTS account will automatically be billed monthly if I use AfterCare.
